Stop Drifting.
Start Training
Your Mind.
A structured two-hour mental training session, every Saturday. Not a course. Not a talk. A practice — for the person who wants more than motivation.
Earl Nightingale — The Strangest Secret“We become what we think about.”
Most Weeks Feel Like
Treading Water.
You’re busy — but not always moving forward. You set goals, but momentum slips by Thursday. Sound familiar?
Intentions Monday. Distraction Tuesday. Frustration Friday. No clear record of what actually changed.
You’ve read the books, watched the videos. But consuming information isn’t the same as training your mind.
You have flashes of insight — after a podcast, after a good talk — but it fades before it becomes behaviour.
When no one knows what you committed to, it’s easy to let yourself off the hook. Quietly, every week.
Fifteen Chapters. One
Central Truth.
Mindset Reset is not a self-help book telling you to think positive. It’s a structured operating manual for your mind — built around the principle that clarity is trained, not found.
Built around Earl Nightingale’s foundational principle and the Five-Domain Personal Architecture, the book gives you the intellectual backbone to understand why your Saturday practice works — and how to sustain it for life.
Two Hours. Six Stages.
One Reset.
Every session follows the same structure. That predictability is the point — when the format is trusted, depth becomes possible.

Arrival & Grounding
Phones down. Breath work. Silence. You enter as yourself — not as your inbox. The transition from reactive to intentional begins here.
–
0:35
Weekly Reflection Protocol
The core pillar. Seven structured questions covering goals, actions, wins, misses, avoidance, and lessons. Write first, then share. This alone — practised weekly — transforms behaviour.

The Mindset Audit
Where has your attention been this week? What problems have you been rehearsing? What future have you been imagining? Your thoughts are building something — let’s examine what.

Break — Informal Connection
Relationship builds retention. Peer bonds deepen the container. Some of the best breakthroughs happen in this fifteen minutes.

Reframe & Reset Exercise
One consistent template. Current challenge. Default reaction. Higher-standard response. One specific behaviour shift this week. Simple. Repeatable. Transformative.

Goal Installation & Close
Not ten goals. One. The single action that moves the needle. Written down, with a when, a how, and an accountability partner. You leave focused.
Everything You Need to Know
What Changes When You
Train Consistently
One session offers a reset. Regular consistent practice builds a different kind of person.
Mental Clarity
You stop reacting to your week and start directing it. Decision fatigue reduces when thinking is structured.
Honest Self-Awareness
Weekly reflection builds the habit of seeing yourself accurately — not harshly, not generously. Clearly.
Accountability That Works
A written commitment, reviewed publicly the following week, is more powerful than any app or to-do list.
High-Leverage Action
You learn to identify the one action that creates disproportionate change — and stop mistaking activity for progress.
Emotional Regulation
Grounding and structured reflection train the pause between stimulus and reaction. You respond instead of react.
Identity Shift
Sustained execution builds self-respect. Small weekly wins compound into a genuinely different internal standard.
Start Every Saturday With Intention.
First session: Saturday 4th April 2026, 10am–12pm. £10 per session. Monthly option available.
Before You Join
Do I need to attend every week?
The practice compounds with consistency — the more you attend, the more powerful the weekly reflection becomes. That said, there’s no contract. You can attend as often as suits you. Monthly subscribers commit to four sessions per month.
Do I need the book to attend the workshop?
No. The workshop is a self-contained practice. The companion book deepens the intellectual understanding of why the framework works — but the session is fully accessible without it.
Is this a group session or one-to-one?
It is a small group session. Part of the power of the model comes from peer accountability and shared reflection. You won’t be asked to share anything you’re not comfortable sharing — but the group energy is part of what makes it work.
What is the monthly subscription option?
For those who want to commit to the practice, a simple monthly payment option is available. It covers four sessions per month at a fixed rate. Details are confirmed on registration.
Is this therapy or coaching?
Neither. The Mindset Reset is a cognitive training practice. It improves clarity, reflection discipline, and decision-making. It is not a substitute for therapy, and the facilitator is not a therapist or coach offering clinical support.
